Job Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Service Manager to help us lead this growing business .
As the Service Manager, this individual will be responsible for setting the tone of hospitality. Reviewing all 'Steps of Service'; developing new process; improving and maintaining a hospitable service experience for all guests.
Because we are a small establishment, we are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual who is eager to work with coffee, cocktails and focus on service. All our staff is cross trained in coffee making and bartending.
Responsibilities
This Manager will be responsible for managing the shop during their shifts. This person will supervise staff while working the bar, making coffee, cocktails and taking care of guests.
