Job Description
Daytime Bartender / Barista:
We are currently seeking a Bartender / Barista. Because we are a small establishment, we are currently seeking individuals who can pull double duty. All our staff will be cross trained in coffee making and bartending. Baristas should be skilled at preparing and serving espresso and micro coffee drinks to order, with special attention to efficiency, quality, and consistency. Counter Culture Coffee experience is a plus. We are looking for dedicated and knowledgeable individuals who can work 4 shifts a week.
Responsibilities
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. Assess customers needs and preferences; and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and coffee drinks. Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
